Voeg kleine hoeveelheden van deze tarwemout toe aan je bieren voor een mooiere schuimkraag en het behoud ervan. 


Wheat malt MD heeft een redelijk hoge enzymatische activiteit, waardoor deze geëeste mout kan gebruikt worden tot 70% van de moutstorting.
